Want to learn more about how Impact CFO can help take your business to the next level?

These conversations are exploratory by design — we’ll talk about what’s happening, what decisions are on your plate, and whether I can be helpful.

Complimentary Call

If you’re reaching out, it’s probably because you’re thinking through a decision, a transition, or something that doesn’t quite fit neatly into a spreadsheet. That’s exactly the kind of conversation I’m here for.

What This Conversation Is (and Isn’t)

This isn’t a sales call. It’s a chance to talk through what’s happening in your business, pressure-test assumptions, and see whether it makes sense to work together — or whether I can point you in a more useful direction.

People typically reach out when they’re:

  • Navigating growth, change, or uncertainty

  • Evaluating financing, debt, or capital decisions

  • Thinking about succession, exit, or long-term planning

  • Feeling like they need another experienced voice at the table

How I Work

I work closely with owners and leadership teams as a Fractional CFO, providing financial clarity, operational insight, and strategic support. I’m hands-on, embedded, and focused on helping you make better decisions — not just better reports.

There are no long-term contracts. We work month to month, and we reassess as your needs change.

Mentoring Fractional CFOs

In addition to working directly with businesses, I also mentor experienced finance professionals who are building or refining a Fractional CFO practice. This work is practical and grounded in real experience — focusing on how to structure your services, work effectively with owners and management teams, and avoid the common missteps that don’t show up in training programs or certifications.

If you’re already on this path and looking for a sounding board or strategic guidance, I’m happy to talk.

Ready to Start the Conversation?

Email, call me, or book time directly on my calendar. Before we meet, it’s helpful if you can share:

  • A brief overview of your business

  • What prompted you to reach out now

  • Any specific questions or decisions you’re trying to work through

The more context you provide, the more useful our conversation will be.

I look forward to connecting.
