Want to learn more about how Impact CFO can help take your business to the next level?

These conversations are exploratory by design — we’ll talk about what’s happening, what decisions are on your plate, and whether I can be helpful.

If you're reaching out, it's probably because you're working through a decision or a transition that doesn't fit neatly into a spreadsheet. That's the kind of conversation I'm here for.

What This Conversation Is

This isn't a sales call. It's a chance to talk through what's happening, pressure-test your assumptions, and figure out whether it makes sense to work together. If it doesn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere more useful.

People typically reach out when they're:

  • Navigating growth, change, or uncertainty

  • Evaluating financing, debt, or capital decisions

  • Thinking through succession, exit, or long-term planning

  • Feeling like they need another experienced voice at the table

How I Work

I work directly with owners and leadership teams as a Fractional CFO, providing financial clarity, operational insight, and strategic support. I'm hands-on and embedded. The goal is better decisions, not just better reports.

There are no long-term contracts. We work month to month and reassess as your needs change.

If You're a Finance Professional, Not a Business Owner

I also work with experienced finance professionals in two ways:

Fractional CFO Mentorship — for those building or refining their own fractional CFO practice. We cover how to structure your services, work with owners and management teams, and avoid the missteps that don't show up in a certification program.

CFO Development Coaching — for those preparing for or newly stepping into a CFO role. This is built for the specific weight of that seat, not general leadership coaching.

If either sounds like where you are, reach out and we'll talk.

Before We Talk

Email, call, or book time directly on my calendar. It helps if you can share ahead of time:

  • A brief overview of your business

  • What prompted you to reach out now

  • Any specific questions or decisions you're working through

The more context you give me, the more useful our conversation will be.

I look forward to connecting.
